HR Manager - People & Talent Acquisition (Digital Marketing)

We are looking for the enthusiastic **HR Manager** who can handle operations and Talent Acquisition both and worked as manager having majorly experience in **digital marketing hirings** .

• *Location \- Noida , Sector 62, C Block**
• *Exp\- 7\+years**
• *NP\-Immediate to 15 days**

• *\*5 days a Week \***

• *Responsibilities :**

Own end to end recruitment for mid and senior\-level positions.

Improve hiring quality, screening and candidate evaluation

Work closely with managers to understand hiring requirements rather than forwarding CVs

Improve employee engagement \& retention

• *Required Candidate profile**

7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT,digital marketing agency or services company.

Strong exp in recruitment as well as employee relations

Good written and verbal communication skills
