We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, performance coordination, HR documentation, and statutory compliance while supporting the organization's overall HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
