HR Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end\-to\-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding of teaching and non\-teaching staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee lifecycle, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management, appraisal processes, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and school policies.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and personnel records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits with the finance team.
• Maintain HRMS/ERP records and generate HR reports.
• Partner with school leadership to drive organizational growth and a positive work culture.

• *Qualifications**

• MBA/MSW with specialization in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum **5 years of HR experience**, preferably in a school or educational institution.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
