Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete HR operations for corporate office and project sites.
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical, sales, CRM, projects, finance, and support functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary processes.Drive performance management systems and training \& development initiatives.Coordinate with department heads for workforce productivity and retention strategies.Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and HR analytics reports.Required Skills \& Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
- Experience in recruitment for real estate/construction roles.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in employee engagement and performance management.
- Strong leadership and team handling capability.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in HR or labor laws preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction industry.
- Experience in handling multi\-location or project\-based workforce preferred.
- Strong exposure to compliance and site HR operations.
Pay: ₹55,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
