Realta Ventures is looking for an experienced and strategic **HR Manager** to lead our Human Resources function and drive people excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the company's growth through effective talent management practices.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning**
- Develop and execute manpower planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- *Employee Relations \& Engagement**
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct disciplinary proceedings and ensure fair implementation of company policies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.
- *Performance Management**
- Design and implement performance appraisal frameworks and review processes.
- Coordinate annual and periodic performance evaluations.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Support managers in performance improvement and talent development initiatives.
- *Compensation, Payroll \& Benefits**
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
- Administer employee benefits and welfare programmes.
- Oversee leave administration and attendance management.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and employment regulations, including:
- Shops and Establishments Act
- Labour Laws and Employment Regulations
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
- Gratuity Act
- Bonus Act and other statutory obligations
- *Learning \& Development**
- Identify training and capability development requirements across the organization.
- Design and coordinate employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Facilitate learning initiatives and leadership development programmes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- *Qualifications \& Experience**
- *.** MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- *.** 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, redevelopment, or infrastructure sectors.
- *.**Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- *.**Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- *.**Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
