Siddhi sree Vinayaka is a growing multi\-location restaurant chain. We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to oversee talent management, maintain labor compliance, and support operational excellence across all our outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment \& Staffing:** Lead full\-cycle hiring for kitchen, front\-of\-house, and management staff across all locations.
**Employee Relations:** Resolve grievances, improve retention, and foster a positive work culture.
**Compliance \& Legal:** Ensure full adherence to labor laws, wage standards, and statutory benefits (PF/ESI). Draft contracts and employee policies.
**Training \& Performance:** Oversee performance appraisals, customer service training, and hygiene/SOP compliance.
**Payroll Support:** Coordinate time\-tracking, attendance, leave, and payroll processing with finance.

**Requirements**

**Experience:** 3–6\+ years in HR, with proven experience in **Hospitality, Restaurants, or Retail** (multi\-unit oversight preferred).
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
**Skills:** Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HRMS software, and high\-volume recruiting.
**Communication:** Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in \[English / Local Languages].
