HR Manager

\*\*Job Title: HR Manager\*\* \*\*Location:\*\* Jaipur, Rajasthan \*\*Experience:\*\* 3–5 Years \*\*Salary:\*\* As per Industry Standards \*\*Job Type:\*\* Full\-Time, Permanent \*\*Job Description:\*\* We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, payroll, salary management, and employee relations. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* \- Manage end\-to\-end HR operations and daily HR activities. \- Handle payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and salary disbursement coordination. \- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and employee documentation. \- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit formalities. \- Manage HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance handling. \- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. \- Maintain employee databases, HR reports, and MIS. \- Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal processes. \*\*Requirements:\*\* \- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles. \- Strong knowledge of payroll and salary management. \- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. \- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software. \- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
