HR Manager

At SANPAR Industries, we manufacture industrial compressed air treatment systems that power thousands of manufacturing facilities across India.

You will serve as the Human Resources Business Partner to the leadership team while driving Learning \& Development initiatives across the organization measured by:

• Better people processes
• Better trained employees
• Lower attrition
• Faster hiring
• Higher employee engagement
• Stronger leadership pipeline

You will perform one of the most important aspects of the role

• Build competency frameworks across departments.
• Develop skill matrices for manufacturing, engineering, sales and support functions.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Design annual learning calendars.
• Organize internal and external training programs.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance improvements rather than attendance alone.
• Develop leadership development programs for future managers.
• Drive employee onboarding and induction excellence.

• HRIS management
• Employee documentation
• Policy implementation

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
