HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive **HR Manager(Plant)** to manage the complete HR lifecycle and support organizational growth.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
• Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support management with HR strategies and workforce planning

• *Requirements:**

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Minimum **3\+ years of experience** as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, and operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Steel industry experienced would be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
