Job Description
To be responsible for collecting or issue of any employee related documents.
To coordinate and arrange weekly advance and payment.
Responsible of salary processing using Saral software.
Challans of PF, ESI \& PT to be generated by 8th of every month.
Updation of Salary statement on monthly basis.
To update appointment calendars and scheduled all meetings/trainings/appointments.
Responsible for EHS related activities \& documents.
Arrange monthly meetings
Visit all units
Responsible for hygiene of all units.
Securities works and their registers to be checked every day.
Fire drill and periodical checking of preventive measures to be done monthly, especially securities to be kept vigilant in the night.
Security training shall be done once in a month.
Coordinate for employee appraisals \- annually
Responsible for conducting all meeting and sending MOM.
Monthly meetings with staff
Joining and exit formalities
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
