HR Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for an HR Manager to handle end\-to\-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management across the organization. The role requires managing attendance, employee records, HR documentation, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee engagement, compliance support, and coordination with various stakeholders.
The candidate should be capable of handling day\-to\-day HR operations while ensuring smooth functioning across different entities and workforce categories.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Issue HR letters and employee communications.
Attendance \& Leave Management
- Monitor attendance through HRMS and other attendance systems.
- Handle attendance regularization and leave administration.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance discrepancies.
Payroll Support
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs.
- Track employee changes, leave records, and attendance data.
- Coordinate with Finance and payroll teams.
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate hiring requirements with department heads.
- Schedule interviews and support onboarding activities.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
HRMS \& Records Management
- Maintain employee data in HRMS.
- Ensure accuracy of employee records and reports.
- Support HRMS implementation and process improvements.
Compliance Support
- Maintain statutory and employee\-related records.
- Support audits and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5\+ years of HR Generalist experience.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with HRMS and attendance management systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Location : Basavagudi Banaglore
Workdays : Mon \- Fri (2 Saturdays off per month)
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
