Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and labor regulations.Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
