STYLEX Mattress is looking for a proactive, experienced, and people\-oriented HR Manager to manage the company's human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

The candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, a practical approach to problem\-solving, and the ability to support business growth through effective people management.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
