Job Description
- *Sundaram Hospita**l is looking for a proactive and organized **HR** MANAGER to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in hospital or healthcare HR.
- *Responsibilities**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring activities
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules
Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance
Coordinate employee engagement and training programs
Support performance appraisal and HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and labor regulations
Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
- *Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of HR experience (hospital/healthcare experience preferred)
Freshers with an MBA in HR may also apply
Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS software
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- *Preferred Candidates**
Experience in hospital recruitment and HR operations
Knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
Ability to work in a fast\-paced healthcare environment
