HR Manager

• Manage complete HR operations at the plant.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
• Manage contract labour and coordinate with contractors.
• Conduct employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
• Implement HR policies, processes, and performance management systems.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.
• Work closely with the Plant Head and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
