Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable HR Manager who can independently manage the complete Human Resource function across all our companies and locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compliance, Payroll Coordination, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Organizational Development.
The HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner to leadership while ensuring smooth workforce management across multiple business verticals and locations.
Key Responsibilities1\. Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for all companies and departments.
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Manage job postings across various portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct screenings, interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Reduce hiring turnaround time and improve candidate quality.
2\. Employee Onboarding \& Induction
- Manage complete joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Coordinate seating arrangements, assets, and access requirements.
- Maintain smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
3\. HR Operations \& Documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation.
- Handle appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, transfer letters, relieving letters, and experience letters.
- Ensure accurate employee data management across all entities.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
4\. Attendance, Leave \& Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance and leave records across all locations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts and finance teams.
- Verify attendance, incentives, deductions, and leave calculations.
- Ensure timely salary processing.
- Resolve employee payroll\-related queries.
5\. Employee Engagement \& Culture Building
- Plan employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Organize monthly events, rewards, recognition programs, and team\-building initiatives.
- Drive employee satisfaction and retention programs.
- Promote a positive work culture across all companies.
6\. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Design and implement KPI/KRA frameworks.
- Conduct probation reviews and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly performance appraisals.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement plans.
- Track employee productivity and development.
7\. Employee Relations \& Grievance Handling
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues.
- Conduct investigations when required.
- Ensure fair and consistent implementation of company policies.
- Build strong employee\-management relationships.
8\. Compliance \& Legal Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain HR\-related compliance records.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance consultants when required.
- Handle audits related to HR documentation and employee records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
9\. Training \& Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Organize skill development and leadership training programs.
- Track employee learning and development initiatives.
- Create career progression frameworks.
10\. Multi\-Location HR Management

Experience Required

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
