Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented HR Manager / Training \& Placement Officer to manage HR operations, placement activities, corporate relationships, and student career development initiatives at our institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies and corporate recruiters.
• Coordinate campus placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of corporate hiring partners.
• Organize student training, career counselling, and employability programs.
• Coordinate internships, industrial visits, and placement activities.
• Maintain placement records, reports, and recruitment databases.
• Guide students regarding interview preparation, resume building, and career opportunities.
• Handle HR policies, employee engagement, and administrative coordination.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a relevant field.
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Training \& Placement.
• Strong corporate networking and communication skills.
• Experience in college/university placement activities preferred.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and placement operations.

Salary \& Benefits

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Depending on experience and suitability).
