HR Manager

• *Job Description: HR Manager**

• *Location:** Kochi, Kerala \| Full\-time
• *Salary:** ₹50,000/month \+ Incentives \+ Allowances
• *Experience:** 15\+ years in HR, including 5\+ years in the IT industry
• *Qualification:** MBA in HR mandatory
• *Age:** Up to 40 years

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and performance management.
• Lead training, development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage the HR team and coordinate HR activities across South India.

• *Requirements**

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR frameworks and team management.
• Fluency in Malayalam, English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.
• Willingness to travel across South India.
• Valid two\-wheeler and four\-wheeler driving licences; must own at least one vehicle.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
