HR Manager

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR policies, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills to ensure effective workforce management and a positive working environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies.
• Manage employee grievances, performance appraisals, and engagement.
• Coordinate training and workforce planning.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labour laws, recruitment, and HR processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
