Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end\-to\-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and policy implementation. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Handle employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, exits, and documentation.

Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance.

Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.

Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

Generate HR reports and MIS for management.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.

Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Location: Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
