Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end\-to\-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and policy implementation. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, exits, and documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Generate HR reports and MIS for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
