Job Description – HR Manager

- *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
- *Office Timings:** 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- *Reporting To:** Chairman / Management
About the Role
UK International London Beauty School (UKIBS) is seeking an experienced and proactive **HR Manager** to lead and manage the Human Resources function for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and performance management while supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for corporate and branch\-level hiring.
- Develop hiring strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Build relationships with job portals, consultants, and recruitment partners.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS data.
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee confirmations, exits, and full \& final settlements.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal and probation review processes.
- Work closely with department heads to monitor team performance and development plans.
Compliance \& Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support audits and prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Beauty \& Wellness, or Training industry will be preferred.
