Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager with strong expertise in HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliances, employee lifecycle management, and general administration. The ideal candidate will manage end\-to\-end HR functions, payroll, employee relations, and ensure smooth HR and administrative operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations \& Employee Management
- Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Handle recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR database accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely completion of employee background verification checks.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and HR policies.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain payroll records based on attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, loans, and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll partners for payroll inputs, salary revisions, new joiners, and exits.
- Collect and process investment declarations and proof submissions.
- Share payroll schedules and master inputs with payroll partners.
- Review payroll reports, identify corrections, and approve final payroll processing.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage payroll portals for payslips, Form 16, and related employee documents.
Statutory Compliance \& Legal
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate statutory deductions, remittances, challan payments, and compliance reporting.
- Work closely with Finance for fund disbursement and statutory payments.
- Ensure adherence to labour law and company compliance requirements.
Exit Management \& Employee Relations
- Handle resignations, exit formalities, and Full \& Final (FNF) settlements.
- Manage experience letters, relieving letters, and separation documentation.
- Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, show\-cause notices, absconding cases, and terminations professionally.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
General Administration
- Oversee general administration and office management activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for smooth operational support.
- Support management with HR reporting and organizational administration.
Required Skills \& Competencies
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Compliance Management, and Administration.
- Expertise in time management, payroll processing, and statutory compliances.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, payroll systems, and labour laws.
- Expertise in employee onboarding, HR operations, and exit management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage clients, employees, and multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong problem\-solving, organizational, and team management skills.
