- Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and on\-boarding.
- Maintain candidate database and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with managers for staffing needs.
- Support employee engagement \& grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Assist in performance appraisal and training activities.
