1\. JOB PURPOSE

To provide professional HR consulting services to client organisations by implementing effective HR systems, improving employee productivity, developing HR policies, and supporting business growth.

2\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• *A. HR System Development**

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Create employee handbooks and staff rules.
• Establish employee attendance, leave and payroll processes.
• Develop employee master data and documentation systems.
• Support HR compliance and statutory record maintenance.

• *B. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Understand client manpower requirements.
• Prepare Job Descriptions (JD).
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

• *C. SOP Development \& Implementation**

• Prepare department\-wise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Define staff roles and responsibilities.
• Develop reporting structures and workflows.
• Monitor SOP implementation and compliance.

• *D. Performance Management System (PMS)**

• Develop employee KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
• Establish department\-wise performance standards.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance.
• Recommend training and development programmes.
• Support performance reviews and incentive systems.

• *E. Retail Business Consulting**

• Conduct HR and operational assessments.
• Develop organisational structures and reporting hierarchies.
• Improve staff productivity and customer service.
• Support sales target and incentive system implementation.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly MIS reporting systems.

• *F. Client Management \& Reporting**

• Conduct client meetings and review sessions.
• Identify HR and operational challenges.
• Prepare HR audit reports and improvement plans.
• Monitor implementation progress.
• Provide periodic reports to client management.

3\. QUALIFICATION

• Any Degree / MBA HR / MSW HR preferred.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll and employee management.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.

4\. REQUIRED SKILLS
