Job Description

Job Summary
V Sole Solar is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing the complete employee lifecycle, building a high\-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for all departments.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
- Coordinate interviews and final selection with department heads.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
HR Operations
- Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Implement and improve HR policies and SOPs.
Performance Management
- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate employee appraisals, promotions, and increment processes.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
Employee Relations
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee counselling and retention initiatives.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory HR records and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with management on legal and compliance matters related to HR.
Training \& Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Organize employee learning and development programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
HR Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
- Analyze recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee performance data.
- Present HR reports and recommendations to management.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in recruitment, HR operations, PMS, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with payroll coordination and HRMS software.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Qualification
- MBA (HR) / MHRM or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist.
- Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Solar, Engineering, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
