HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, employee engagement, recruitment, attendance management, and workplace policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture, improving employee performance, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources Management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in attendance management, leave policies, and employee performance tracking.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Good understanding of labor laws, compliance, and workplace regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRMS, CRM, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and punctuality records.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee grievances and promote a positive workplace environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and coordinate employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and HR administration.
• Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and team\-building initiatives.
• Generate HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
