Job Description
- *About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various HR activities. This internship provides hands\-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and administrative tasks within a dynamic IT company environment.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- *Employee Onboarding \& Documentation**
- Assist in onboarding new employees and interns.
- Collect and maintain employee documents and records.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR\-related documents.
- Support induction and orientation programs.
- *Employee Engagement**
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support team\-building events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Help gather employee feedback and maintain engagement records.
- *HR Operations**
- Update and maintain employee databases and HR records.
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
- Support HR policy communication and documentation.
- Prepare reports and HR\-related data as required.
- *Required Skills**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time\-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- *Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Knowledge of HRMS tools is an added advantage.
- Interest in IT industry recruitment and employee management.
Pay: From ₹8,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
