• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the human resources function. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Manage compensation, benefits, attendance, leave, and HR records.
• Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture\-building initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹15,527\.14 \- ₹34,540\.43 per month
