HR Manager

YourTrainer is a health and fitness company hiring an experienced HR Manager for a fully remote, full\-time role. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently own full\-cycle HR operations, from hiring to onboarding to ongoing people management.

Key Responsibilities

\- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across roles

\- Own the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

\- Handle day\-to\-day HR management including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR compliance

\- Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation

\- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy for a growing health and fitness organization

Requirements

\- Prior professional experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role is required; freshers will not be considered

\- Strong knowledge of end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations

\- Experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus

\- Excellent communication and organizational skills

\- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 per month
