We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented **HR \& MIS Executive** who can efficiently manage human resource functions along with data reporting and MIS activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and hands\-on experience in HR operations and MIS reporting.
*Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding) Maintain employee records and HR documentation Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Address employee queries and support grievance handling Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities

*MIS Responsibilities:**
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Maintain and update sales, dispatch, outstanding, and performance data Analyze data and generate actionable insights for management Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for accurate reporting Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or MIS tools Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports Strong knowledge of **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)** Good understanding of HR processes and documentation Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Detail\-oriented and organized Proactive and responsible Ability to handle confidential information Team player with a positive attitude Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
