• *Job Track Description:**

• Ideal candidate should have 4\+ yrs. of strong IT technical sourcing experience
• Drive end\-to\-end technical sourcing strategies in a fast\-paced, quick\-TAT environment to deliver high\-quality pipelines under tight deadlines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and Business Unit (BU) leaders across diverse technical domains to align sourcing strategies with scaling goals.
• Utilize expert Boolean logic, X\-ray searching, and data\-driven methods to headhunt passive engineering, product, and leadership talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, skillfully navigating and resolving complex compensation expectations, benefit packages, and competing offers.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle to ensure smooth handoffs between sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Leverage elite communication and convincing skills to pitch our employer value proposition, successfully engaging top\-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Proactively diagnose bottlenecks in the sourcing funnel, executing data\-driven solutions to optimize conversion rates and resolve placement hurdles.
• Perform ad\-hoc talent acquisition projects and other duties as assigned to support shifting business priorities.
