We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR \& Operations Executive to support the company's human resources and daily operational activities. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
\* Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow\-ups
\* Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
\* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
\* Track attendance, leave records, and employee data
\* Support payroll inputs and employee verification processes
\* Manage HR databases, reports, and CRM updates
\* Handle office administration and daily operational tasks
\* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
\* Draft HR letters, offer letters, and employee communications
\* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
\* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
\* Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports
Requirements
\* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
\* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or administration
\* Good communication skills in English and Hindi
\* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
\* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
\* Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
\* Willingness to commute or relocate to Janakpuri, Delhi
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
