Position

Experience Required**: 3–6 Years**

  • *Preference:** Candidates with prior experience in Facility Management, Contract Staffing, Security Services, Housekeeping, or Manpower Outsourcing companies will be preferred.

Job Summary

The HR Executive – Payroll will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end payroll processing, attendance management, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle activities, and HR operations for a large blue\-collar workforce deployed across multiple client locations. The role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
  • Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift data received from sites.
  • Prepare salary sheets, bank transfer statements, and payroll reports.
  • Handle full and final settlements, salary revisions, and arrears calculations.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.

Attendance \& Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance records received from client sites.
  • Ensure timely closure of attendance and leave records.
  • Resolve attendance discrepancies and employee payroll queries.
  • Maintain leave balances and leave encashment records.

Statutory Compliance

  • Manage EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity compliance activities.
  • Generate and verify statutory challans and returns.
  • Handle UAN activation, KYC updates, and PF transfers.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and auditors during inspections and audits.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and documentation of new employees.
  • Prepare appointment letters, increment letters, transfer letters, and other HR documents.
  • Process employee exits, resignations, and clearance formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with site teams regarding manpower deployment and employee issues.
  • Support employee grievance handling and query resolution.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and monthly dashboards.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
  • Hands\-on experience in PF, ESIC, Labour Law Compliance, and payroll reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
  • Experience with HRMS software such as GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People, or similar platforms.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle large employee headcounts and multiple sites.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Pay: ₹30,630\.81 \- ₹50,882\.01 per month
