We are looking for a proactive **Non** **IT Recruiter** to support our hiring process for domestic clients. This is a **work\-from\-home** opportunity where you will gain hands\-on experience in recruitment and coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the **end\-to\-end recruitment process** for domestic clients.
• Coordinate between **clients and hiring managers** to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage **candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews**.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
• Support in any additional HR\-related tasks as required.

• *Requirements:**

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **HR, Business Administration, or a related field**.
• Strong **communication and coordination skills**.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of **recruitment processes** is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
