HR Recruiter

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying talent, attracting candidates, and evaluating their qualifications to fill open positions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews.
• **Schedule interviews with department heads.**
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. **Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.**
• Support on\-boarding activities.
• **Collaborate with the HR team on various HR initiatives.**
• **Requirements:**
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• **Good communication and interpersonal skills.**
• Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
• **Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).**
• Any Graduate can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
