We are looking for an HR Recruitment Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment for clients of our management consulting firm. The role requires strong client\-handling skills, quality sourcing, and timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client requirements independently and understand role specifications, hiring priorities, and organizational culture.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on candidate pipeline, interviews, feedback, and closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and share relevant shortlists with clients.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Support offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build long\-term client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate; MBA in HR or relevant certification preferred.
• 14 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or talent acquisition.
• Prior experience in client handling is mandatory.

Pay: ₹9,400\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
