Join Aertrip India Limited as an **HR Recruiter** and help us hire top talent across Tech and Non\-Tech roles.
- *Experience:** 1–3 Years
- *Location:** Ghitorni, New Delhi
- *Employment Type:** Full\-time
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
- *Requirements:**
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience hiring for Tech and Non\-Tech roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
