Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:\-
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:\-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
