Core Roles and Responsibilities

• **Job Analysis \& Planning:** Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, key competencies, and ideal candidate profiles. \[1, 2]
• **Job Descriptions \& Posting:** Design, write, and update job descriptions, then publish them across career sites, job boards, and social networks. \[1, 2, 3, 4]
• **Sourcing Talent:** Proactively search for active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, industry groups, employee referrals, and AI\-assisted sourcing tools. \[1, 2]
• **Screening \& Shortlisting:** Review resumes, application forms, and AI\-filtered profiles to assess qualifications against role criteria. \[1, 2]
• **Interview Coordination \& Execution:** Conduct initial phone screens, video, or in\-person interviews, administer skill assessments, and schedule panels with hiring managers. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Candidate Evaluation \& Selection:** Use structured interview scorecards and feedback loops with hiring teams to rank and select the best fit. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Offer Negotiation:** Extend formal job offers, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, and manage counter\-offers. \[1]
• **Onboarding \& Transition:** Assist with background checks, reference checks, and coordinate new\-hire induction and onboarding. \[1]
• **Employer Branding \& Candidate Experience:** Represent the company culture, ensure clear and timely candidate communication, and build long\-term talent pipelines. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Metrics \& Reporting:** Track recruitment analytics such as time\-to\-fill, time\-to\-hire, and source\-of\-hire using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever. \[1, 2]

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
