• *About the Role** We're looking for an HR Recruiter to own end\-to\-end hiring for both technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, designers) and non\-technical roles (sales, marketing, operations, support, admin). You'll partner with hiring managers to understand needs, build pipelines, and close the right candidates quickly.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer, and onboarding handoff.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and networking.
• Write and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with engineering/department leads and gather feedback.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and ATS/tracker.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication through to joining.
• Build a talent pool for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Report on key metrics: time\-to\-hire, source effectiveness, offer\-to\-join ratio.

• *Requirements**

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (in\-house or agency); IT/tech hiring experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to recruit across both technical and non\-technical functions.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with hiring managers and managing multiple openings at once.
• Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred).

• *Nice to Have**

• Understanding of technical roles and skill sets (helps screen developers/QA effectively).
• Experience with an ATS or HR tools.
