Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and result\-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in both Blue\-Collar and White\-Collar recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple industries while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for Blue\-Collar and White\-Collar positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements and target\-based recruitment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salaries and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Required Skills
- Experience in Blue\-Collar hiring (field staff, technicians, operators, support staff, etc.).
- Experience in White\-Collar hiring (executives, managers, professionals, corporate roles, etc.).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,948\.14 per month
