• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions.
• Coordinate with placement agencies and consultants.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and management.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Handle job postings on recruitment portals.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• *Required Skills:**

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Knowledge of job portals and placement consultancy coordination.
• Good follow\-up and time management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
