We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
*Roles \& Responsibilities:**
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process WhatsApp Community
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
Maintain candidate database and follow\-ups
Ensure proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month
