• *Job Description:**

Avodha EduTech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining dates.
• Maintain recruitment records and update candidate trackers.
• Support onboarding and other HR activities.

• *Requirements:**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Freshers with a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.

• *Training and Employment Terms:**

• The initial 15 days will be an unpaid training period.
• Permanent employment will be offered based on performance during the training period.
• After successful completion of training and selection for permanent employment, the salary will be ₹5,000 per month.
