HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS on a regular basis.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
