- *Key Responsibilities**
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely follow\-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Support end\-to\-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market insights, and recruitment best practices.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
Compensation \& BenefitsAnnual CTC: **₹3\.60 LPA**
- *Salary Structure**
- Fixed CTC: **₹2\.64 LPA**
- Variable Pay: **₹1\.00 LPA**
Retention Bonus
The variable component includes a **Retention Bonus of ₹50,000**, payable as follows:
- **₹25,000** after successful completion of **12 months** from the Date of Joining.
- **₹25,000** after successful completion of **18 months** from the Date of Joining.
Monthly Salary
- **Monthly CTC:** ₹22,000
- **Approximate In\-Hand Salary:** ₹17,000\*
\*In\-hand salary may vary depending on statutory deductions and applicable company policies.
