We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and workforce operations for our growing vegetable trading and delivery business. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit, manage, and retain delivery associates, drivers, warehouse staff, and other operational employees while ensuring smooth day\-to\-day workforce management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, workforce management, logistics, or retail operations.
- Experience hiring delivery personnel, drivers, or field staff is preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Hiring
- Source and recruit delivery associates, drivers, warehouse staff, and operational employees.
- Conduct interviews and candidate screening.
- Verify documents, driving licenses, and employment records.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring requirements.
Delivery Workforce Management
- Manage attendance and daily availability of delivery personnel.
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Handle driver and delivery associate scheduling.
- Monitor workforce productivity and discipline.
- Ensure sufficient manpower is available during peak business periods.
Performance Management
- Track performance of delivery associates and drivers.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and delivery efficiency.
- Assist management in performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Recommend incentives and recognition programs for high\-performing employees.
