HR RECRUITER (FRESHER)
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Experience: Fresher
Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop.
Job Responsibilities
\-Source candidates through job portals and social media.
\-Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
\-Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
\-Follow up with candidates for interview feedback.
\-Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
\-Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities.
Requirements
\-Fresher candidates interested in building a career in HR.
\-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
\-Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
\-Must have a personal laptop.
\-Willingness to learn and work in a target\-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
