Job Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining dates.
• Manage daily interview lineups and maintain recruitment records.
• Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per company requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and job portals.
• Good candidate coordination and follow\-up skills.
• Positive attitude and target\-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

• Monthly successful closures.
• Candidate joining ratio.
• Employee retention and follow\-up.
• Timely recruitment of vacant positions.
